    TGS2600/TGS2602/TGS2603 are semiconductor principle sensors developed by Figaro. The sensitive elements are composed of integrated heaters and metal oxide semiconductors on alumina substrates. If there is a target detection gas in the air, the higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. With only a simple circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into a signal output corresponding to the gas concentration. It has high sensitivity to extremely weak air pollution gases. It is very suitable for monitoring VOC pollution in fresh air system.
