    The importance of hypoxic environment for cell culture is well known, but for most researchers, it is extremely difficult to accurately control and monitor hypoxic conditions, because only precision instruments can accurately control the temperature, humidity and gas (CO2andO2). There are currently two ways to reduce the oxygen concentration in the environment.CO2Modular air-tight gas chambers are used in the incubator. By using such chambers placed in standard incubators, the oxygen concentration can be reduced in vitro. Another frequently used method is to carry out low-oxygen cultivation in the so-called "three-gas" incubator, usually by adding two gases, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, to reduce the oxygen content.


    In order to accurately measure the oxygen concentration of the incubator, a high-precision oxygen probe can be built in the hypoxia incubator to monitor the gas concentration in the incubator and feed it back to the controller to automatically pump the gas to reach the preset gas concentration. The control feedback system can quickly restore and maintain the set oxygen level at any time according to the preset value. In order to maintain a constant culture condition, the oxygen sensor can be used to monitor the oxygen content in the incubator atmosphere in real time. The user can select a pressure sensor to measure atmospheric pressure at the same time, and then convert the oxygen partial pressure reading ppO2 into oxygen concentration.
