  • Water Level Control System of Artificial Fish Pond

    With the growing demand in the market at any time and the rapid development of modern breeding technology, there are huge business opportunities in the artificial breeding industry, and this field has gradually become the focus of people's attention, coupled with the introduction of artificial intelligence, a large number of manpower reduction has brought rich economic benefits to the breeding owners. Therefore, this paper will introduce in detail a simple and practical artificial fish pond water level control system, the system used in the liquid level switch is developed by the British SST productionLLC710D3-003, The default water state of this model is on, that is, the output low level; when in the air or not in contact with water, the state is off, that is, the output high level.

    As shown in the following figure, this is the general structure of a breeding pond. The required peripherals are installed on both sides of the pond. Four liquid level switches, two drainage pumps and one feed pump are shared here. Please refer to the following table for specific functions and instructions.


    (1) Normal water level: L3 and L4 states are On, output low level, L1 and L2 states are Off, output high level, P1, P2 and P3 states are closed, and both feed pump and drain pump do not work.

    (2) When the water level in the pool is lower than the normal water level: L3 state changes from on to off, that is, it changes to output a high level, and L1, L2 and L4 states remain unchanged, so when the main control system receives the output change of L3 sensor from low level to high level, P2 (feed pump) will be started to inject water into the pond.

    (3) When the water level in the pool is lower than the zui low water level (warning water level): L3 and L4 change from the original on state, I .e. output low level, to off state and output high level, and L1 and L2 states remain unchanged. Similarly, the main control system will start P2 (feed pump) to inject water into the pond.

    (4) When the water level in the pool is higher than the normal water level: L2 changes from off to on, I .e. from the original output high level to the output low level, L1, L3 and L4 remain unchanged, P3 (No.2 drainage pump) is started to discharge the water in the aquaculture pond.

    (5) When the water level in the pool is higher than the warning water level: L1 and L2 change from off to on, and the output high level changes to the output low level. L3 and L4 remain unchanged, P1 (No.1 drainage pump) and P3 (No.2 drainage pump) start to drain water outside the fish pond.

    (6) After zui, in order to facilitate human review, it is suggested to add additional alarm lights, alarms and reset switches in appropriate links to play an auxiliary monitoring role.
