154N stainless steel series pressure sensor

Product Introduction:
The sensor chip is mounted on the TO-type base, and is welded to the 316 stainless steel shell by resistance welding, and the 316 stainless steel corrugated diaphragm is welded to the shell, and a small amount of silicone oil is filled between the diaphragm and the sensor chip. The ISO structure transmits pressure between the diaphragm and the piezoresistive sensor through the internal cavity silicone oil. Through the laser correction of the thick film resistor on the ceramic compensation board, a gain adjustment resistor is provided to unify the pressure sensitivity gain amplification factor of the sensor. The sensor is equipped with a variety of thread interface forms, such as: 1/4NPT, 1/8NPT, type and 1/4BSP and other standard threads, and can be customized according to user requirements. Electrical interfaces including cable and plug options are available.
