1.Photoelectric sensorQS18 technical performance:
(1) The adjustable area type QS18AF detection distance is 1mm ~ off point, and the off point can be adjusted by 5 turns potentiometer, with a range of 20mm ~ 100mm.

(2)QS18AF has a very high-performance background suppression function, which can detect black objects 1mm before a white background, such as black rubber sheets on a light background.

(3) In addition, QS18AF has a very small switch return difference: 2mm when 100mm is turned off; 0.5mm when 50mm is turned off;
0.1mm at 20mm turn-off point
Therefore, it is possible to detect very small changes in position: such as the resolution of single/double business cards; Detect small changes in height, etc.

(4)QS18E series expert type has the function of key teaching, automatic setting sensitivity and operation mode. The setting method is the same as that of MINI-BEAM expert type, but the setting function that can restore Max sensitivity is added.

(5)QS18E series has three detection modes: polarized reflection plate type, focusing type and direct trans type, of which the farthest detection distance of direct trans type is 800mm, which is the product with the farthest detection distance among small sensors.

(6)QS18E series can detect low contrast objects, such as: transparent objects, reflective objects, tiny objects, edge detection, small or bright color, and so on. QS18E focusing type can detect the positive and negative of tiny chips and whether printing; QS18E reflective plate can detect most transparent materials.
