Type 1451 Surface Mount Silicon Piezoresistive Sensors are suitable for high volume, small volume, light weight, automated placement applications. The sensor has two types of gauge pressure/absolute pressure, and is pasted on a ceramic base that can be welded on the surface. On the one hand, the protective cover on the ceramic base can protect the sensor chip, and on the other hand, it can provide a pressure interface.
