Introduction of 1. Gas Mass Flow Sensor AWM40000 Series
The AWM40000 series includes signals without amplification and amplification/signal processing. AWM42150V and AWM42300, using the same circuitry as AWM2000. AWM43300V and AWM43600V use the same circuitry as AWM3000. The AWM43600V is a 6SLPM device.

2) Ceramic flow tube (without bleed pipe):0-1000sccm
3) Plastic flow tube (without bleed tube):0-6SLPM
4) High common mode pressure (150psi)
5) The working temperature can be up to 125 ℃
6) High stability at zero and full scale
