The newly introduced 24-bit high-resolution digital pressure sensor, compared with the previous MS5534/5540 // 5561, has a pressure resolution of 0.1m (1 m) to 0.024mbar (20cm), the temperature resolution is determined0.01°Cimproved0.002°CThe conversion time has increased from 35ms to 1ms. At the same time, the measuring range is expanded from 10-1100mbar to 10-1200mbar. The accuracy has not improved and is still/-1.5mbar. The power consumption is reduced from the previous 4μA to 1μA. Whether it is MS5534/5540 or MS5561, their 16-bit signal is the use of three-wire SPI transmission. The MS5611 24-bit data can be selected SPI or I2Cway of signal transmission.
