The new 24-bit high-resolution digital pressure sensor has been introduced. Compared with the previous MS5534/5540 // 5561, the pressure resolution has been increased from 0.1mbar(1 meter) to 0.024mbar(20cm), the temperature resolution has been increased from 0.01°C to 0.002°C, and the conversion time has been increased from 35ms to 1ms. At the same time, the measuring range is expanded from 10-1100mbar to 10-1200mbar. The accuracy has not improved and is still/-1.5mbar. The power consumption is reduced from the previous 4μA to 1μA. Whether it is MS5534/5540 or MS5561, their 16-bit signal is the use of three-wire SPI transmission. The 24-bit data of MS5607 can be transmitted by SPI or I2C.
