Recently, a low-temperature thin-film sensor for smart wear and medical applications has been developed. Its reliability and temperature control are more than the same industry performance. Since its core technology basically belongs to foreign countries, it has to be said to be a major defect for the country.
As for the substance that is a sensor, we specially visited Hua Zong, general manager of the sensor research and development company. Before the interview, Hua Zong led us to visit this new type of low-temperature thin-film sensor, production line and testing laboratory. As can be seen in the following figure, this product is only a little longer than a dollar coin, and its thickness is extremely thin, which can well meet the needs of current wearable devices for sensors. During the interview, Hua always introduced to us that the company has been focusing on the sensor field since its establishment in 2003, mainly developing, producing and operating NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistors and various NTC (negative temperature coefficient) temperature sensors. At present, the products developed and produced by the company have been widely used in multi-temperature zone, high precision and high reliability products, and the quality can reach the level of peers in Europe and America.



In the future, electronic equipment will develop in the direction of small, light and thin, the degree of integration will be higher and higher, and the requirements for sensors will be higher and higher. The company will soon launch a new type of multifunctional rice cooker bottom sensor, which can greatly improve the temperature measurement speed at the bottom of the intelligent rice cooker, and fundamentally solve the problem of inaccurate temperature measurement at the bottom of the rice cooker.
